Speak Spanish for 48 hrs
You’ll put those phrases, grammar drills into action from minute one through guided role‑plays and mini‑scenarios that mimic real-life moments: all in a safe, low‑pressure environment where mistakes are part of the learning process.

10 hours of guided classes by a Native Spanish Teacher
From minute one, you will be immersed in the language by carefully structured classes led by our amazing Native teacher.
Materials + Lunch + Drinks
We will provide all the materials and lunch (VG, V, GF too), and an all-day coffee and tea supply, so you can focus solely on bringing your Spanish to life over the weekend and being sufficiently caffeinated.
3 hrs Cooking Course
3 hours of hands-on and practical cooking workshop led by a professional Mexican chef. Experience preparing traditional Mexican dishes. This interactive workshop will culminate in a shared communal dinner, providing an opportunity to enjoy the dishes prepared during the session and to conclude the weekend on a sociable note.

Before our exciting Immersive Weekend kicks off, we'll ask you to fill out a quick form about any allergies, intolerances, or food preferences you might have.
Once we have that sorted, our incredible Mexican chef will whip up a fabulous menu that's both gorgeous and mouth-watering!
But that’s not all – you’ll also get clear, step-by-step instructions on how to use the equipment, plus a lovely printed copy of the menu to keep, and show your skills at home as well.
You’ll be teamed up with a partner in crime at your own “station,” where you’ll work together, bringing your unique skills to the table.
Just imagine the traditional, authentic flavours of Mexico coming alive as you cook!
And here’s a little bonus: our event takes place in a fully equipped professional kitchen nestled in a food hall. Once we’ve wrapped up the course, we can unwind together and enjoy a cheeky drink or two.
About the Cooking Course
MEXICAN COOKING WORKSHOP

We had a wonderful time cooking together, sharing stories, and enjoying some amazing food.
It’s all about creating delicious dishes while making new friends.

The Program
2-Day Intensive Spanish Course for adult learners who can speak Spanish, but want to own it truly.
Sound more natural, speak more freely, and move beyond correct Spanish to speak with ease.
Day 1
- Arrival at 9.45 -
official start at 10 am - First Spanish class -
- Break - coffee, tea and snacks
- Second Spanish Class - more interactive exercises, lot of practice and speaking - confidence building.
- Break - debrief with coffee
- Lunch - delicious shared meal with a drink of your choice. (GF VG & VE options will be available too).
- Third class - a more playful couple of hours to solidify what you've learnt all day
- End around 5.30pm
- OPTIONAL - evening activities together
Day 2
- Start at 10 am
- First Spanish Class - warm up exercises, rivising grammar, interactive drills to practise
- Break - coffee, tea and Tapas style lunch (VG,GF, V will be available)
- Second Spanish Class - more games, real-life sitations, group work and activating all you've been learning over the weekend.
- Break - debrief, walking to our next venue
- Cooking Workshop in a professionally equipped kitchen with an experienced Mexican Chef.
- Dinner - we enjoy the meal we cooked together
- End around 6pm
